Jennifer Harcarik

Jennifer Harcarik is an educator and advocate who has spent more than fifteen years helping first-generation and underserved students access higher education, scholarships, and opportunity. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Voices for Children and sits on the advisory board of Hospice of the Valleys. A graduate of San Diego State University, Mismothered is her debut memoir. When she is not writing, Jennifer draws on her background as an educator, advocate, and lifelong learner to connect with others on their journeys of wellness and self-discovery. She lives in Temecula, California, with her husband and two dogs.
